Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

We will deliver orders on Sundays if received by 2:00 p.m. Saturday, but are not open to receive orders on Sundays. We only have a delivery person availible to work on Sundays.

To better serve our customers, we do not have a cutoff when ordering prior for major holidays.  All major holidays we will not be taking special timed deliveries so please don't ask.

Our shop will be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Our shop serves the following areas: Killeen, Copperas Cove, Fort Hood, Harker Heights, and Nolanville. Some additional delivery charges apply for some areas.

U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

Deliveries will only be delivered once. If the recipient is not home a note will be left on the door and a curtsy call will also made, after that they may then pick the item or items up at our shop (Imperial Florist) at their convenience. To avoid  a non-delivery please give a time frame in which the recipient will or might be home or at their place of employment to recieve there flowers and or gifts.  We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Delivery of orders to cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. A call will be made for keepsake products subsitutions. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Some unique flowers are not always kept on hand, example

White Lilies (in all arrangements)  

Tulips (in all arrangements)

Orchids (in all arrangements)

Callas (in all arrangements)

Birds of Paradise (in all arrangements) Example; Zen arrangements.

Certain Color Roses: Example; Lavendar Roses, Different colored tips of Roses also.

Please give a least a two days to order these special flowers. We do not keep these items on hand every week due to high cost and low call for these items.
